5 · Get paid

Delivered orders become payable and go out in a batch you can see in full.

Why here

why not just sell on a big marketplace?

You probably should do both. Here is the honest difference.

What we do differently

One flat rate, and that's the whole deduction. Big marketplaces layer a referral fee on top of listing fees, closing fees, storage and — increasingly — paid placement, so the headline percentage is rarely what you actually take home. Here it is 15% of what the buyer paid. Nothing else, whatever you sell.

Visibility isn't for sale. There is no ad auction and no sponsored slot. Sellers cannot buy the top of the shop, which means you are not bidding against someone with a bigger budget to be seen next to your own work.

Your name is on the product. Every badge says who made it and links to your own storefront page. On most marketplaces the platform is the brand and you are a fulfilment line item.

Curated, not infinite. We review applications and keep the catalogue small. Fewer designs means each one gets looked at, rather than being page 40 of a search result.

You can see the ledger. Every line shows what it sold for, what the fee was, and what you earned — including how any discount was shared. No opaque monthly statement.

What we are not

It would be easy to leave this bit out, so here it is plainly.

  • We are small and new. A large marketplace will put your work in front of far more people than we can today. We can't promise volume.
  • Physical goods only. No downloads, services, subscriptions or anything needing a licence we can't verify.
  • We choose what gets listed. Curation cuts both ways — we may say no, or ask you to change a design.
  • Payouts follow delivery, not checkout. Cash on delivery is common in India and parcels do get refused, so we pay once an order has actually landed.
  • You handle your own dispatch unless we've agreed otherwise — packing, postage and getting it there on time.
  • Promotions apply to your badges too. The shop runs deal windows and a discount wheel; the cost of a discount is shared in proportion to what each seller sold in that basket.
Listings

what a good listing needs

You upload these yourself. Getting them right is most of the difference between a product that sells and one that doesn't.

Photos

  • ShapeSquare — the grid crops to a square
  • Size1000 × 1000 px minimum, 1500 px preferred
  • File typePNG, JPG or WebP
  • BackgroundPlain and light reproduces best
  • FramingFill the frame; leave a little breathing room
  • UploadFrom your seller panel, one photo per listing

Selling round pin badges? Switch the listing to badge display and we render it as a proper rimmed badge instead of a flat photo.

Details & delivery

Write real specifications. Material, dimensions, capacity, sizes, ingredients, care — whatever a buyer needs before deciding. You add these as rows on the listing and they appear as a table on the product page. Vague listings get returned more.

Set your own delivery charge if your product is heavy or bulky. The standard rate suits small, light items; anything else and you should price the postage honestly rather than absorb it.

Rights matter. List work you made or own. We don't allow copyrighted characters, film stills, song lyrics, club crests or celebrity likenesses, however well they'd sell — the liability lands on both of us. Nor anything requiring a licence we can't verify: alcohol, medicines, cosmetics making medical claims.

Before you ask

seller questions

What exactly is deducted from a sale?
One commission of 15%, charged on what the buyer actually paid for your line after any discount. No listing fee, no monthly fee, no placement fee. Shipping is ours and never comes out of your share.
Who pays for the shop's discounts?
The cost is shared in proportion to what each seller sold in that basket, so you never absorb a discount that also won someone else a sale. Every order line in your panel shows its exact share.
When do I get paid?
An item becomes payable once it is delivered — cash on delivery is common here and parcels do get refused, so paying at checkout would mean clawing money back. Payable items are gathered into a batch with a reference you can see, then transferred to your UPI or bank account.
Do I have to pack and post orders myself?
Usually yes — you hold your own stock and dispatch each order, and you set your own delivery charge to cover it. We take the payment, give you the address and handle the customer. For some product types we can hold stock and ship for you instead; say so on your application and we'll talk it through before approving.
What can't I sell here?
Physical goods only — no downloads, services or subscriptions. Nothing using someone else's intellectual property, and nothing needing a licence we can't verify, including alcohol, medicines and cosmetics making medical claims. If you're unsure, ask before you list.
Can I sell the same designs elsewhere?
Yes. Nothing here is exclusive. Sell the same artwork on your own site, at markets, or on any other platform.
Can I leave?
Any time. Hide your listings from your panel, and we settle whatever is owed on delivered orders in the next payout run.
