We ship across India. Orders placed before 4pm leave the workshop the same working day; everything else goes out the next morning.

Delivery normally lands in three to five working days for metros and five to eight for smaller towns. Remote PIN codes can take a little longer, and we will tell you if yours is one of them.

Shipping is ₹49 flat, and free on orders over ₹499. Cash on delivery is available on every serviceable PIN code at no extra charge.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is picked up. If it has been more than eight working days and nothing has arrived, write to hello@bitsee.shop and we will chase the courier for you.
