We never sell your details. Your address is shared with our courier partner purely so the parcel can reach you, and your email with our mailing tool if you have subscribed.

If you subscribed to new-drop emails, every one of them carries an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@bitsee.shop. We will action it within thirty days.
