If a badge arrives damaged or we sent the wrong design, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it. Send a photo to hello@bitsee.shop with your order number and we will post the replacement at our cost.

Changed your mind? Unopened packs can be returned within seven days of delivery for a refund of the product value. Return shipping is yours to cover, and we can only refund packs that come back sealed.

Because badges are small pinned items, we cannot accept returns on opened single badges unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to seven working days of the parcel reaching us. For cash-on-delivery orders we will take your bank or UPI details to send it back.
